Complimentary delivery: On orders of AED 500 or more
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. You will receive further delivery information once your order has been prepared for dispatch.

Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective or supplied incorrectly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery if your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item. We will review the matter and assist with an appropriate resolution.
